April 2016 - When using Project Belle ("BELLE") website, located at the URL http://projectbelle.com referred to as the "Site"), and/or services and/or products provided on the Site, you may provide us with personally identifiable information. Project Belle asks for and maintains the personally identifiable information of its visitors and customers to provide a better, more personal experience on the Site and to deliver certain services or information to you.

Project Belle feels that if visitors would like a private online experience, then they are entitled to one. Project Belle ' Site allows customers and visitors to remain anonymous as further described below in the Anonymity section, or opt-out of any contact when requested by an agent. Cookies Project Belle employs cookies in order for its server to recognize a return visitor as a unique user. Cookies are small text files placed in the 'Cookies' folder on a visitor's hard disk and allow Project Belle to remember the visitor. The cookies placed by Project Belle server are readable only to Project Belle, and cookies cannot access, read or modify any other data on a computer. Targeted Advertising By Belle In order to serve offers and advertisements that may be interest to our users, we may display targeted advertisements on the Services based on Personally Identifiable Information provided by our users, including zip code and profile. We do not provide this Personally Identifiable Information to our advertisers when you interact with such an advertisement. However, please note that the advertisers (including ad serving companies) may determine based on their own analysis that a user who interacts with an advertisement targeted by Belle may fit into a certain demographical category; for example, an advertiser may determine that men ages 25-34 are interacting with a certain advertisement on Belle from a particular geographic area. You acknowledge that any information collected by such advertisers or advertising networks – and any options that you have with the use of such information – would be handled in accordance with the disclosures provided above in the "Advertising" section.

Web Beacons Some Project Belle and customer hosted websites may also use "Web beacon" technologies. When a visitor accesses pages on the Project Belle or a customer's website with a Web beacon, an anonymous notice of that visit is generated which may be processed by us or by our vendors. These Web beacons work in conjunction with cookies to let us know what portions of our Site are of interest to our visitors and to help us provide you with tailored information from our website. If you turn off cookies, Web beacon technologies will still detect anonymous information or personally identifiable information and are disregarded.

Links to Other Sites The Site may contain links to other web sites that are not owned or controlled by Project Belle. Please be aware that Project Belle is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected by the Site. Project Belle is not responsible or liable for the activities of any third-party web sites or the use of any information that is gathered by third-party web sites.

Information Security The security of your personally identifiable information is important to us. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personally identifiable information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Usage of Info Project Belle uses your Personally Identifiable Information to register you to use Project Belle' services, contact you to deliver certain services or information you may have requested, verify your authority to enter into certain areas of the Site, improve the content and general administration of the Site and our services, provide you with notices regarding our services, and, with permission, provide visitors with updates and information about Project Belle and its services.

Customer Feedback and Surveys At times we solicit Customer Feedback on service professionals or conduct on-line surveys to better understand our customer's and visitors' needs. Participation in the feedback or survey process is optional. Information gathered is used by Project Belle to improve our customer experience and marketing efforts. Data gathered may also be used to send information and promotional material about Project Belle and new applications to be launched on the Site. In addition, our web servers collect the IP addresses of visitors. This information is aggregated to measure the number of visits, average time spent on the Site, pages viewed, etc. We use this information to measure the use of our Site and to improve the content of our Site. Additionally, information may be integrated into customer relationship management programs so our sales and marketing personnel can identify areas of possible interest for prospective or current customers.

The Site may track information that will be maintained, used and disclosed in aggregate form only and which will not contain your Personally Identifiable Information e.g., External Websites linked to, and IP addresses. Project Belle may analyze this data for trends and statistics in the aggregate, and we may use such aggregate information to administer the Site, track users' movement, and gather demographic information for aggregate use.

The personal data collected on the Site is intended exclusively for Project Belle's use and will not be transmitted to third-parties under any circumstances.

Project Belle may disclose your Personally Identifiable Information without prior notice to you: (a) if we believe we are required to do so by law, court order, subpoena from a court with proper jurisdiction, regulation or other governmental authority or otherwise in cooperation with an ongoing investigation by a governmental authority or agency. Only information requested or described is disclosed as directed pursuant to the subpoena or court order. Subject to its legal obligations, Project Belle will notify customers of the information request as allowed by the subpoena or court order.

Project Belle will not sell your Personally Identifiable Information to any company, organization or third-party. We do not share, sell, rent or trade Personally Identifiable Information with third-parties for their promotional purposes. Project Belle utilizes great care in keeping customer information secure and private.

By using the Site, visitors expressly agree to Project Belle passing on their information only to the third-parties mentioned above.
