How do I pay a Professional?
Before booking an appointment, a Client will be prompted to enter their payment information (credit or debit card). If a Client is booking within five days before an appointment, Belle charges their card as soon as the appointment is scheduled; if a Client is booking well in advance, Belle will not charge their card until five days before the scheduled appointment. A Client can cancel an appointment and be refunded, as long as a cancellation fee does not apply. The Client is not expected to provide a tip upon completion of the service; a gratuity is added onto your service when you checkout online, and our prices are set accordingly. The Professional’s payment will be issued at time of checkout and should be received within four to five business days.
Belle does not accept cash or checks. Part of what makes the Belle system so easy and friendly is that everything is done electronically.
